Use IBP eNotary to submit documents for acknowledgment, oath or affirmation, jurat, or signature witnessing, meet an ENP Partner remotely, and receive a completed transaction record.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, submit documents you are authorized to use, and ensure that each participant controls their own email address and signing invitation. Keep signing links private.

Notarial review

The assigned ENP Partner reviews the document, identity evidence, and participation in the session before completing a notarization. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or completion.

Fees and records

The applicable customer fee appears before you submit a request. Completed records include a public verification reference. Contact IBP about fees, corrections, or a transaction requiring attention.
